Ocala is our core service area. We welcome requests for Belleview, Dunnellon, other Marion County locations, Sumter County, and Gainesville, subject to schedule and inventory availability.
Additional distance-based delivery fees may apply outside our local delivery area. Enter the complete delivery address and ZIP code in your request; we’ll confirm coverage and disclose any delivery fee in your quote before payment. No extra delivery charge is added without your agreement.

Delivery coverage, designs, and add-ons are subject to confirmation and availability. Any additional delivery charges and applicable taxes will be shown in your quote before payment. A request does not reserve a date.

Complete the request form. If we can fulfill your request, we will email an invoice within 24 hours. Pay your invoice within 24 hours of receiving it to secure your date. A quote request alone does not reserve a greeting.
2. Check your delivery address
Please double-check the complete delivery address. An additional fee may apply if we need to relocate a greeting because an incorrect address was supplied.
3. Confirm your celebration date
Inventory availability changes by date. Changes after confirmation are subject to availability; we cannot guarantee a new date, even after payment. Contact us before changing your plans.
4. Watch for your payment receipt
Once payment is received, your receipt confirms that your Signature Yard Greetings event is on the schedule.
A few details to know
Cancel at least 72 hours before installation for a full refund. If we cannot install because of severe weather or must cancel your order, you may choose a full refund or an available replacement date.
- Please tell us about smaller yards, gates, access restrictions, and any special setup needs.
- We do not provide design mockups. Greeting designs and requested colors or graphics are subject to inventory availability.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled installation are nonrefundable. Your payment may be applied as credit toward another greeting, subject to availability.
- A $25 rush fee applies to requests made within 48 hours of installation, subject to availability. It will be included in your quote.
Rental care & setup
Signs are rented and remain the property of Signature Yard Greetings. Our team installs and removes them. Please do not move, rearrange, climb on, lean on, or attach items to the display. Keep pets away and pause mowing, edging, and lawn service around the signs.
Please make the delivery address visible and tell us about access restrictions, irrigation, or other obstacles. Installation and pickup times will be confirmed individually. Any charges for loss or damage must be disclosed in your quote before you pay.
