NEASMAN SIGNATURE LLC uses the details you submit to review and respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and coordinate services.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, requested service, and information you enter. Yard-greeting requests may include delivery and billing addresses, recipient details, design preferences, and your acknowledgment of rental terms. Only provide information necessary for your request. Please arrange gate codes or other sensitive access information privately after confirmation.

How requests are handled

Submitted requests are stored in the website’s database and are available in an owner-only inbox. They are not displayed publicly or automatically added to a marketing list. Optional permission to share display photos is separate from requesting a quote.

External services

Booking and service payments use Google Calendar and Stripe. Book purchases use Gumroad. Social and video links may take you to third-party services with their own privacy practices.

Site data

This website uses hosting services to deliver pages and store inquiries. A daily hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions; raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry records. The reflection exercise stays on the page and is not submitted. Videos hosted here load when you choose to play them.

Your choices

Contact focus@neasmansignature.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, or to withdraw optional photo permission. Information may need to be retained for active services or business records.
